I received my PhD in solar physics in 2010 at New Jersey Institute of Technology under supervision of Prof. Haimin Wang. Since then, I continued to do my research focusing on solar observations and data analysis in Korea, Greece, Ireland, Japan and now US. My research activities focused on investigating various types of solar activity driven and controlled by the Sun’s magnetic field, mainly based on analysis of polarization of spectral lines observed by space/ground-based solar instruments. In particular, I am interested in studying magnetic helicity in active regions in relation to solar eruptions.
