The Sun has always captivated me. My M.S. (Physics) thesis focuses on the evolution of electric currents in solar active regions. Beyond academia, I find simple joys in cooking (Indian Cuisine) and building model rockets.
With Dr. Shea Hess Webber, I’m assisting with the analysis of sunspot data from the Perseverance Rover on Mars. Our goal is to see if we can use Mars’ position to achieve longer-term solar surface coverage, with the hope of contributing to better helioseismic detection of its far-side active regions.
