Alan Wray (NASA ARC) is the Modeling Team leader. Alan develops simulation algorithms, codes, and models for simulating stellar convection zones and atmospheres and for reentry radiative transfer. His current research interests include: NLTE simulations of MHD plasmas, efficient computation of multi-species radiative transfer, and simulation of planetary disks and planet formation. He is also a developer of parallelization methodologies for large-scale simulations.
