Coffee with COFFIES

📍 Where: Convention Center Hall B-1 (Connections/Networking Hall) Mardis Gras Lounge
📌 We invite you to join us with a cup of coffee (or your favorite beverage) for an in-person chat about COFFIES science, goals, and opportunities! This year, Coffee with COFFIES is being held jointly with our HelioHub Undergraduate Meet-Up.

Heliophysics Undergraduate Meet-Up
📅 When: Tuesday, Dec 16, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CST
📍 Where: Convention Center Hall B-1 (Connections/Networking Hall) Mardis Gras Lounge
📌 This is aimed at undergrad students attending AGU who have previously participated in and/or are interested in Heliophysics and other space science research opportunities. We encourage COFFIES members to attend and engage with these undergrads, especially grad students and other early careers scientists (aka COFFIES Beans)! See the attached flier for details and to sign up on the interest form.

📍 Where: Exhibit Hall (NASA booth)
📌 We’re leaving some COFFIES swag as well as event information up for grabs at the Heliophysics NASA Booth! You might find some COFFIES Members lurking nearby while you’re there!
Celebrate with COFFIES:
📅 When: Thursday, Dec 18, ~7:30pm (after the Town Halls)
📍 Where: Restaurant TBD
📌 This is a Dutch-treat (buy-your-own) dinner gathering where you can come hang out with awesome folks from COFFIES! The event will be held near the conference center, but a specific location will be announced ahead of the event. Sign up on the interest form to RSVP and stay informed!
